Terms and prices
The price of the forest house Casa Nella Foresta is € 1.250.00 per week (7 nights). Included in the rent; incl. bed linen for the cot, towels and bath towels. Use of the swimming pool and internet is also included. Mandatory final cleaning € 75.00.
The price of Villa Il Paradiso can be rented on request and in combination with Casa Nela Foresta.
Your booking will be reserved after you have made a deposit of 25% of the total amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
In the case of a last minute booking, the total amount must be paid in advance.
You will also be asked to pay a deposit of € 150.00 to compensate for any damage. The entire deposit will be refunded to you after the rental period, during check-out, if no damage and / or theft has been detected.
